The request for an Emergency Status Certificate is filed by the business itself, on http://prevenire.gov.ro/ and needs to be signed with the electronic signature of the legal representative of the business - or a delegate, holder of an electronic signature.
The Emergency Status Certificates are of two types:
🟦 TYPE 1 (BLUE) - for businesses who were temporarily suspended by the public authorities;
🟨 TYPE 2 (YELLOW) - for businesses who suffered losses in March 2020 greater than 25% of the cash received on average in January-February 2020.
The certificates are used in relation to the public authorities for obtaining facilities - or for trade relationships.
To obtain a Blue/Yellow certificate, the business uploads in the platform the following pieces of information and documents:
Identification data;
Statement on own responsibility of the legal representative, through which (s)he confirms that all the information and documents which stood at the basis of the request for obtaining the certificate are according to reality and respect legislation relative to the type of certificate requested.
⚠️ During tax inspections, the inspectors also check the documents which stood at the basis of the statement on own responsibility.
⚠️ In case of a reasonable doubt about how the certificate was obtained, the inspectors will notify the court.
