• It is a good idea for me to use the services of a good lawyer, on a subscription-based model, of a couple of hours a month. The price of this subscription might save me much more later, when the activity of my company becomes more complex and I am more exposed to legislative loopholes;
• It is also a good idea for me to have a similar subscription with a certified tax advisor: (s)he will analyse each contract for me from the tax implications point of view, and might signal flaws in the contract - or tax challenges which could even lead to the company being suspended or entering into bankruptcy.

Together, a lawyer and a tax advisor, even outsourced, can better protect me when negotiating, signing and running contracts.
